Skiing & Snowboarding

Skiing and snowboarding in the infinite snowbound backcountry of the powder kingdom…..Much has been already said about the powder snow in Niseko, but it seems never enough to refer to what the mountains of Niseko have to offer with up to 15 meters of fresh, dry powder snow falling every winter season. The Niseko ski area offers a wide range of terrain, sure to satisfy the needs of skiers and snowboarders of all levels and interests.

Annupuri Village, located just 150 meters from the Annupuri Gondola is an ideal gateway for accessing the diverse, groomed runs and ungroomed trails of Niseko’s three major ski areas (Annupuri, Grand Hirafu, and Niseko Village). With an All Mountain Pass, you have access to almost 50km of groomed slopes via 38 lifts, operating 12 hours a day.

Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced skier/snowboarder, the combination of powder snow with Niseko’s various slopes will continue to amaze everyone. The excitement is endless with tree skiing and night skiing. Also check out Niseko’s renowned ski and snowboard lessons and backcountry tours led by professional instructors and local tour guides who will take you to the best spots of Niseko’s mountains.
