    Type B : Owners and their guests use only. Services included payment of monthly bills, linen supply, cleaning, and etc. Owners can enjoy the vacation home without worrying about anything.
  • Rental
    Type C: Owners use and holiday rental. Expected high investment return.
    Type D : 2 years lease for residential purpose. Stable return.
